Today, Hup Hoe is located in Tuas industrial estate, with a well-equipped workshop to handle heavy machineries from both the marine and offshore industries. Our services can be categorised into four types - machining, in-situ machining, mechanical repair and steel fabrication. Our machining shop holds all kinds of unique, customised components, with precision machines equipped with lathe swing of up to 84" (2.1m) diameter and 5m length with precision of up to 0.02mm. These machines perform processes that include milling, slotting, drilling, horizontal boring, shaping and honing.Our in-situ machining include boring up to 7m length, facing, grooving, flange serration and automatic welding within a single setting.Our mechanical work ranges from overhauling and repairing of internal combustion marine and industrial engines, marine or reducer gearboxes, various kinds of pumps, winches, air compressors to generators and hydraulic components. We also houses ex-stock of re-conditioned marine diesel internal combustion engines and parts, marine transmission, reducer gearboxes, air compressors, water pumps, cargo pumps, lubrication oil pumps, fuel oil pumps, generators and electric motors of various makes.Our steel fabrication services include brazing, T.I.G., M.I.G. and arc welding, plasma cutting, metal fabrication, piping works and modifications in accordance to the customer's design and specifications.
